This is the 3rd time we’ve used CM Bespoke and each time we’ve had a fantastic experience. My parents-in-law got a kitchen from him, when we first moved into our house we got a kitchen from him and then when we did our extension we got our third kitchen from him we loved the choice of kitchens as well as the quality. Mitool’s service is fantastic. He responds to all our questions and request straightaway. He is very hands-on with all the projects and will come to the site at a drop of a hat, his after sales attention to us was also second to none. CM Bespoke was recommended by our builders and after a couple of meetings to design the kitchen with Mitool we had chosen the layout and the design of the doors. His prices were extremely competitive compared to other obvious kitchen suppliers and I believe the quality to be better. He was fantastic at helping me pick appliances, checking them all before I bought them to make sure they fit with out kitchen. He came on site many times to check various bits and was always at the other end of the phone to help in any way. When we had a couple of issues with installation (one panel slightly damaged and another two damaged due to door handles not put in right place by builder) Mitool was immediately on the case at ordering new ones and did everything he could to make the issue stress free for myself. I would highly recommend CM Bespoke!

We got a quote from Mitool at CMBespoke after a recommendation by our builder. My wife and I had experienced poor customer service with the high street kitchen supplier we had originally planned to use, so after cancelling our order with them we were cautious about choosing a new one. Mitool was very patient and personable in talking us through the process through to delivery and installation, answering all our questions and concerns thoroughly. After placing our order (kitchen units, sink and sink accessories), the white handleless gloss units arrived at the warehouse in 1 week as promised and were delivered to our house in the agreed timeslot. After a provisional fitting, we opted to exchange 1 of the tall units which CMBespoke were happy to arrange. Our kitchen was subsequently fitted by our builders within 1.5 days of arrival and now 3 months on we are still extremely happy with the quality, strength and look-feel of the units. We’d therefore have no hesitation in recommending Mitool and CMBespoke!
